The Compass Framework

From 1 September 2023, every EP renewal and new application must pass Compass — a six-point scoring matrix measuring salary, qualifications, firm diversity and local hiring. These briefs decode how Compass is scored, what 'shortage occupations' get bonus points, and what triggers a 'C2' fail.
